I don't know how many of y'all are familiar with the following page:

It's a list of resources related to the annotation of linguistic data by
the Linguistic Data Consortium at the University of Pennsylvania.
I haven't checked it out fully yet, but it links to all kinds of stuff,
from ASCII-IPA schemes, to software downloads, to other Websites
(such as the SIL and CSLU). Some of the resources that are linked
look *very* exciting (at least to me <G>).
