And the triggers for humans are pre-programmed by DNA and set off by
external forces. More importantly, the computer completes the
composition when it 'feels' that what it has done is satisfactory or
fulfils its requirements.

So a dog has no desires? It does not take sentience to feel pleased.

The inability to differentiate between fantasy and reality? The fact
that I don't believe that humans are magic does not mean that I can't
tell the difference between fantasy and reality.
