No, the computer creates music if/when it is triggered to do so. That
trigger is pre-programmed by humans, as are the processes for creating
music. There are no sentient computers - they have no desires, wills,
consciousness, personal goals, etc. And to read that people believe they do
saddens/worries me wit hthe regards of the inability of people today to
differntiate fantasy from reality.
