Romula: tense system - request for comments

a few months ago I, called in those days ;-) Artyom Kouzminykh,
ural_liz@hotmail.com, asked several questions in this list about romance
natlangs (for creating my personal romance artlang). Thanks to all who
answered, especially to Mr. Grandsire (is he still there?). It would be very
difficult to menage with all this tenses without his big post about the
"special features" of romance natlangs.

And now I ask for your advice about the tense system of my conlang, called
finally La Lingua Romula (or, in some cases, simply La Lingua Romanica;-)),
from Romulus Rex. To give you an idea of the lang, here's the Hamlet
monologue from the Tragedy of Hamlet, in Romula, translated by me;-)

Ser o non ser -- la es le question,
-- an es plus nobile suffrer al mente
las flechas aeras d'un fato dur o
armar se a un mar d'affligeres,
que -- opponente se -- on va finir.
Morir, dormir, non plus, assi finir le
dolor del corde, les tormentos mille,
que son le patrimonio del carne:
un consummation, devotemente
il es a desirar. Morir, dormir.

As you see, the conlang is pretty similar to Interlingua, or, to be more
corret, to Latino Moderne. In fact, I just remade this abstract from Sven
Collberg's Interlingua translation of Hamlet (1974) ;-)

The thing I tried to achieve in Romula was a creating conlang that would be
VERY like standard romance natlang, more precisely, Romula would be one of
langs in a line Italian-Catalan-Occitan-Spanish-Galician/Galego-Portuguese-
and, finally, Romula. Orthography / spelling and pronunciation borrowed from
the classical/medieval Latin, as in Interlingua, in fact. I tried to create
a "standard average ROMANCE" conlang, in other words – the thing Interlingua
seemed to pretend to, IMHO, but failed to be because of its perfectly
English tenses (IMHO again).

For that I need to be sure my tense system is OK for a romance-looking
conlang, pretending to be a romance natlang;-) and am hoping for your
assistance in this... Here it is:

That's all. I'm curious, are all the inflexions correct for a "standard
average ROMANCE" conlang? Must not be there more irregular verbs? If must,
that the irregularities must be? And the main thing: is it all
understandable for a native romance-lang speaker without explanations? I
intended it to be so...
