Uatakassí is spoken by the Kassí (ní sukKassíi in their language).  The
Kassí are a race of Terra-Novan Natives, a non-human species living on a
planet orbiting Alpha Centauri A.  The form I describe is the Classical
Form, particularly that used by díz tiNlastá, a prophetess who brought a
new religion to the people.  Her Revelation was in AD 1694, I believe.
So the language as I describe it is "archaic"

Román is spoken on a parallel Earth.  A group of Roman soldiers was
caught in an interdimensional portal and whisked to a parallel Earth in
the year AD 17.  Despite what I'd said earlier, it is not on the
Continent of Atlantis.  These soldiers, with their superior armament,
established a small kingdom on this parallel Earth, which eventually
grew into the Provincia Mundi Novi, which became the Ìmpés Romanìs piç
nìlì Mìnd Nobai (The Roman Empire in the New World) when Tlettìs
(Prefect) Gais VII put an end to the fantasy of still being part of the
Roman Empire and declared himself Ìmperato (Emperor) Gais I, also
declaring that Román would be used rather than Latin in laws and the
like.  The "New Roman Empire" is still in existence, and eventually
developed the technology for intentional, controlled trips to other
Earths, expanding their empire across timelines.
