Unless context was sufficiently unambiguous, I suspect I'd probably hear
[Idnt] as "he'dn't". [dVdnt] might be misheard as "didn't", since both [I]
and [V] often tend to [@] in unstressed positions.
Have this habit of yours ever caused that kind of misunderstandings?
