As in divine creation? Kassí theologians have coined a word _gliglí_ meaning "to create out of nothing", from reduplication of _glí_, "to create, make". Reduplication is not normally a productive process, in fact, by Classic Watakassí, it was practically extinct.

I'd call it open if there's no non-syllabic consonant following it, like the last syllable of the English "battle" or "water" in those dialects that use a syllabic r.
