Conculture/International Translation Lingo

Concultures give you more to think about than just the dry language, the
culture as I believe the Whorf-? hypothosis defines the lingo, and how
people percieve things.. So a Conlang for a Conculture is a good thing. But
who am I to argue this.. But, I do think the Conculture fleshes out the
Conlang.

I think a good translation would be some form of pictorial
translation/ideographic and like.

I see a picture of a cow and I think to me self COW, an Irishman may think
Bo' but if I type in cow, the symbol for it is shown on the Irismans screen,
and he can translate it himself, or the computer can look at the picture and
based on some basic parameters, decide that this picture is of a Bo.
