I like the idea. If such a thing will ever happen, I'll sure have something to
say on the subject.

Agreed. Perhaps we could use some existing source for that purpose.
For example: Jeffrey Henning's http://www.langmaker.com, where anyone can
submit links and descriptions of his conlangs, Richard Kennaway's Constructed
Languages List (http://www.sys.uea.ac.uk/~jrk/conlang.html) or Dean Easton's
Constructed Languages Library (http://www.geocities.com/eastonde/conlib.html).

Why not? I did it once, and nobody told me that I'm doing something illegal. I
don't think it's often used by the list members, though. It even seems that
some of us don't have access to it.
