Ah, I see. I thought it was kind of strange... But
then I thought you wanted to see how roots could be
changed from verb to -able type adjective. Or if they
could at all.

Anyway:

tuned he the his harp

Harp is a good each way bet for "culturally relevant",
as most everyone has heard one. We could insert any
number of relevant instruments, of course.
