Ah, I see. Or rather hear. I have an ess at the end when there's a schwa. If it's a real vowel (like Bonzo's), then I have a zed: /bOnzoz/. I think perhaps it's because the schwa gets swallowed up to the point where it almost disappears. Padraic.
