I'll have to ask around, since I only have my own experience.  At my
church back home, we originally had Pastor Schneider, then an interim
pastor whose name I forget, then Pastor Meyer, then an interim Pastor
Baker, and I can't remember who's they're now, as I've only seen him on
two occasions.  Here, we have Pastor Jack, but previous pastors are
referred to by last name, such as Pastor Kaiser when I do hear about
them.
