Well, never heard of France having two sign languages. All deaf people I've
seen on TV or read interviews of talk of only one sign language, shared by
everyone in France. In the library specialised in books about sign language
I've seen in Paris, they have book about only one sign language, no other.
IIRC, LSF traces back directly to the sign language invented by the Abbé de
l'Epée.

I don't know who gave you the idea that France had two sign languages. All
evidence I have talks (or signs :)) ) against it.
