Well, that's a manual version of the Chinese pinyin or bepepmefe. Techincally, it exists here in Taiwan, too but I've NEVER seen a Deaf person use it and since only one Deaf person I know knows ANYTHING about how to use the pinyin it doesn't seem likley to be used here. The hand shapes seem to be an od mixture of approximations of the pinyin shapes and Franco-American letters used as equivilants to the pinyin in the Hanyu Pinyin.

Well, that could be. In which case my TSL name would seem to be FOREIGN. :-( Wahhh! At least it beats BIGNOSE which I got them to stop using. Adam
