About sign language: does an International Sing Language exist (i.e. "deaf
Esperanto"), or is it even possible or feasible?

Also, SIL mentions in its Ethnologue entry for the United States something
called "Martha's Vineyard Sign Language", which is an obsolete manual
communication system that was developed for that one locale because of the
higher-than-average number of hearing-impared persons.

And has anyone tried to develop a "sign language" for communication between
speakers of two different languages, like American Indian sign language?
