Sasxsek would use a combination of either the augmentative or diminutive, whichever is appropriate, along with the preposition "bu" (=opposed to). I don't have a word for "compare" just yet but I could also derive a preposition from it. to use like "bu". li [John] gulis bu li [Karl]. NAME John old+AUGMENTATIVE opposed-to NAME Karl. John is older than Karl. (lit.: John is very old against Karl)
