Not sure what you mean by that.

That'll depend on your software. For example, Microsoft Word 97 (the
first version to support Unicode AFAIK) has some keyboard shortcuts for
accents.

Maybe you need a Unicode capable editor? For example, UniPad (
http://www.unipad.org/ ) lets you select funny characters by clicking
on the character map, or you could write \unnn and then select all the
text and choose "convert \uxxxx to Unicode".
In HTML, you could convert nnn to decimal and then write &#xxx; .
Hope this helps a little. Unicode is still a bit complex because
different programs use it differently, so what I use may not be of help
to you.
