Well, strictly speaking, not according to Ladefoged. IIRC, he says
they are probably *possible*, but no extant languages have them,
and it's easy to see why. Same thing with implosives, mutatis mutandis.
But note that I'm not absolutely sure about this, so I may be wrong.
