There are Englishes that retain "thou" (usually
spelled "tha") in ordinary discourse. In my (limited)
experience, Gods are generally addressed with "you"
forms in Modern English. Excepting older translations
of some prayers, as seen over in the Paternoster
thread(s), where God is addressed by "thou" forms.
