Ah, good old Catullus. I find the Perseus project's online copy of Lewis & Short (http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/cgi-bin/resolveform?lang=Latin) to be helpful here. But note that in the standard L&S (as opposed to the "Elementary" one), the marking is backwards (long vowels unmarked, short vowels marked with a breve).

That should be requi:ri:s
