Steienzh Grammar; wepage update

I'm not quite finished with the Steienzh Grammar article I wrote about a
couple of weeks ago, and judging on the work rate of the last week it may be
quite a while before I manage to get the last few sections done, let alone
adding finishing touches, so I thought I'd simply upload it in its present
from so that anyone interested can see the parts that've been finished.
