I don't know who exactly, but it has only occurred with Gmail users. And I'm
quite sure it's not my mail program, because when I had a look at the raw
digest file, it was the same in the text editor. So this is just a general
warning that you have a look at your settings. Someone who was a victim of
this (Jesse Bangs I think) said that it might have to do with Gmail having
added RTF formatting or somesuch and that this might cause trouble with
listserv or whatever. However, as I said, this is just a general warning to
have a look at that. It's really not nice to receive, say, an interlinear
where line breaks are required, but without them ...
