Only Rincewind, because he was the assistant librarian for years. Note
the Librarian's troubles with Lance-constable Carrot in _Guards!
Guards!_. Also, the Librarian has an extra phoneme (ee /i/ or eek /ik/,
whichever you think is more appropriate). He mainly uses it when
someone's about to use the M word.
