Re: ARG online

I've been busy as a bee as you can see!

In addition to some general cleanup, I have added an extensive section on
demonstratives.  In addition, I have added a hyperlinked Table of Contents
at www.graywizard.net/amman_iar.htm.  This represents the entire ARG, so you
can see by all the unlinked entries that I still have a lot of HTMLing to
do.
