So did I. It's apparently a "Proto-Elvish" script; the shapes of course are similar to Tengwar but it's written vertically and not as complex as Tengwar. I happen to have TrueType fonts of Rumilian as well as three versions of Tengwar and Cirth as well. The calligraphy of this script is what drew me the most.
