Anything above 20C is warm! Anything above 25C is hot! Cold is 0C and less.
... and I don't live on the North Pole, only latitude 58 infact, and in
Scandinavia, so warmer than you'd expect form the latitude. -23C is the
record for this winter, so that's not so bad except that chill-related train
engine malfunction held me waiting 40 minutes in the cold that morning.
