Fairly accurately. There's the form -yahu/-yau used in proper names
which (so I've read) is a regular "short form" (I think there was some
technical term) of yahweh, plus there were documents written by non-Jews
in ancient times about the Jews (including a reference to their God's
name) in languages which mark vowels using those vowels.
