xinsi rorotan: phonology and morphology

I have created another conlang. This one is called _kinsi rorotan_
(pronounced ["xense r\@"r\@Tan]). It is descended from Old Kontoko.
1. Phonology
Consonants:

the instrumental is formed from the agent form

the genitive is also formed from the agent form
