My first computer was an Apple II, so the language I learned
after I got sick of playing with the evil BASIC, was 6502
assembly (remember Woz's "Mini-Assembler"). All of the
mnemonics were neat three-letter acronyms so I also tended to
see them on license plates back then. I haven't done any
programming in a long time, and it's been mostly scripting
languages if anything.
