That's odd, I just got a message claiming that my account has been
bouncing messages when I tried to send one to the tuning list. I wonder
if they're having problems with spammers or something? (spam with huge
attachments might be bounced, causing them to think that your account is
"bouncing messages" when it's just bouncing spam).
