I've seen a Cyrillic letter in some languages that's an <X> with a small hook. Not sure what it's used for, but it could be a good alternative for either /h/ or /x/ in a conlang. Deini has both /x/ and /h/ but a "native" script. I romanize them as <c>=/x/ and <h>=/h/.
