It'll be 2013 in about ten days!
If you would like a new WHATL calendar in TAKE, you can get one from
http://conlang.wunschzetel.de/whatlcal-screen.pdf (400 KB).
You may remember that last year's theme was "landmarks around Europe";
this year's theme is "baby animals".
(If you would like a version with full-resolution pictures, e.g. for
printing, and/or the original OpenOffice.org writer document, contact
me offlist.)
I also made a WHATL calendar in Rhaetian, with week numbers and
Rhaetian holidays marked. (Same pictures, nearly the same calendar
blocks except that the Rhaetian calendar starts the week on Monday
rather than Sunday.) And ideally, I would have liked to make one in
Engadinese, but the language isn't developed enough for that. Maybe
sometime during 2013...
Comments on the translation are also welcome, in case I slipped up
somewhere, though I did try to be reasonably correct with the TAKE
words. (Unfortunately, the two Ancient Greek dictionaries I have don't
always agree with each other -- in fact, the two-way AG-German
dictionary I have doesn't even have AG-Ger entries for some AG words
that it uses in the Ger-AG part!)
Cheers,
