You're out of the running by about a decade! Our youngest
conlanger, is Gray Wizard's grandniece, Delaney. I think
she must be 4 or 5 at the most. If I recall right, Irina's
kids also conlang a little - but I don't know how old they
are!
Certainly you're in good company, as there have been a few
'youngest conlanger' threads; all of which have yielded a
few teenagers.
