Tokana is a type VII language, I guess:
has white
kote black
sane red
laite yellow
kulhe green
lune blue
lohne brown
...and then two varieties of grey, "hiem" and "hemak". "Hiem" is a cool,
light grey, while "hemak" is a warm, dark grey. Traditionally, "hiem" is
characterized as a Sky colour (the colour of smoke, clouds, ice, etc.),
while "hemak" is an Earth colour (the colour of rocks, wet sand, and dark
water).
Finally, there's "aihne" = "golden, amber" and "aile" = "silver, shiny", but
I don't count these as basic colour terms, since they were probably borrowed
from another language.
