Not quite. It's:
I: White, black (or, rather, light and dark)
II: White, black, red
III: White, black, red, and yellow OR green
IV: White, black, red, yellow, green
V: White, black, red, yellow, green, blue
VI: White, black, red, yellow, green, blue, brown
VII: White, black, red, yellow, green, blue, brown, and one or more of
the following: pink, grey, purple, orange
