No problem AFAICS. The explanation for the lack of /b/ with a /b/ > /v/
shift seems entirely plausible.
I'm more worried about the absence of [N]; many lgs lack /N/ as a phoneme,
but at least have [N] as an allophone of /n/. The most famous exception
would be Russian.
