I once tried a few months ago but didn't finnished getting an extended
US-International, a LA-International and a Swedish International
keyboard... a couple of days ago I was thinking in that problem again.
I've found some demo/shareware program to make KBD files, but the demo
version could not handle the Alt Gr-Shift (Ctrl-Alt-Shift)
combinations.
