The aforementioned _Lunatic Lovers of Language_, by Marina Yaguello, is not
likely to be found in a public library but you will probably be able to find
it at a decent university library.  Umberto Eco's _The Search for the
Perfect Language_ is much easier to find (and much better).  Many of
Tolkien's books have linguistic information.  And any decent library should
have something on Esperanto, and maybe Klingon if you're lucky.
