Perfect Language_ is much easier to find (and much better).  Many of
Tolkien's books have linguistic information.  And any decent library should
have something on Esperanto, and maybe Klingon if you're lucky.>>

     And outside of those, do humans count as non-internet resources?   
Because there are an awful lot of humans on this list that know a thing or 
two about language creation.   :)
