Well, Christophe's version of his language name has one n - Narbonósc. Anyway, even with the stress on the second syllable, ending it in -ish just sounds and looks ugly to me. For the type of language it is (Similar to French), the ending -ese just sounds best for it. My thinking for this ran along the lines of language names like "Vietnamese".
