There's no reason it wouldn't be. Remember, Esperanto is pronounced as it is
spelled. If an Esperanto-orthography transliteration reads Ilicx, it will be
pronounced Ilicx /'ilitS/. (There's no phonological restriction on this;
compare the adverbial particle _ecx_ "even".)
