REQUEST: Engelang?

Hi all,

Can someone please give me an example of an engelang that
isn't an auxlang or a loglang?  This seems like it should be a no-
brainer, but every language I think of is either an auxlang, a
loglang, or is an artlang (in the sense that it has a conculture to
go with it).  I tend to think of an engelang as a language with
specific design principles intended to achieve specific goals,
with no regard for art, culture, or even speakability.  There
must be tons, but I'm drawing a huge blank.  Can you help?
