The episode itself was called "Darmok" (Season 5, Episode 2 (102)), and the scenario that was replayed was from the allusion "Darmok and Jalad at Tanagra", with Picard and the captain (never named on screen, but scripted as Dathon) as Darmok and Jalad, and the planet El-Adrel IV as Tanagra. The language was never explicitly named IIRC, but the culture was called "Tamarian", or (self-nym) "The Children Of Tama". Paul ... not a Star Trek geek. Honestly.
