Easy:

Is it a industrialized democracy? No. Ergo, it's not a first-world country.

Is it a communist comradocracy? No. Ergo, it's not a second-world country.

Since there's only three worlds, it follows it's a third-world country.

PS Since the second world isn't anymore, and at least most of my friends
aren't familiar with the designation "the first world", the term "the third
world" don't make to much sense nowadays. I wonder how long it'll remain
with us ...
