Go right ahead, if you like! But first, allow me to clarify:
Nine is a project proposed a few months ago by Danny Wier. Rob and I
both decided to pursue it. Joe's new lang, on the other hand, is
totally separate -- the only connection is that [n] has the same
allophones in Joe's and Rob's langs. BTW, my version of Nine has a name
-- it's called Ini, and I posted a short sketch as well as a Babel text
to the list.
