In Rihana-ye the plural comes before the postpositions which to some extent
function like cases (though not as much as they do in Korean and Japanese on
which it was based), e.g. ha thing ha-fe thing, ha-fe-ye of the things. etc.
In Jases Lalal the plural is marked by a consonant (h) added to the stem,
whereas the case is indicated by a change in the final vowel, which preceeds the
final consonant, which in plurals is that added h, so technically the case
marker preceeds the plural, but just barely-- e.g. baban son nom. sing. babin dat.
sing. babon acc. sing etc. babanah sons nom.pl., babanih dat.pl. babanoh
acc.pl. etc.
