I'm not sure how one would analyze Kosi and Kasin... Kosi uses ablaut to
form plurals, e.g. /has/ 'house-NOM' -> /hes/ 'houses-NOM' ~ /has@t/
'house-ACC' -> /hes@t/ 'houses-ACC', and Kasin is triconsonantal, e.g.
/mawin/ 'man-AGT' -> /maiwan/ 'men-AGT' ~ /mTawin/ 'man-PAT' -> /mTaiwan/
'men-PAT'. So I guess you could say both have Number - Case order.
