T-shirt refunds

A number of people have posted to the list (which you probably aren't
reading) saying that there is no reason why you should bear the loss
by refunding anything.  The printer ate the money, not you.
We must all sigh, and chalk it up to just another malfunctioning
Coke machine.

I agree with this myself.
