Ought:  "morally" obligatory  (I can't think of a term for this)  vs.
Must/Have to:  simple obligation-- obligative?
Need to:   necessitive seems OK

Of course you could avoid the whole naming problem by just calling them
"particles/auxiliaries that express ability, neccessity, obligation"...etc.
