I tend to go more for Persian and Arabic tuning systems, but
develop my own scales regularly, too. I have an EMU Proteus 2000
which has retuning abilities (only 1.5 cents accuracy, though), but my
main synth is Reaktor (www.native-instruments.com) a software synth of
incredible power.

Well, my list is mostly on paper at the moment. In a few
days, I'll have a link to the musical vocabulary off the main Vaior
page (http://www.execpc.com/~wsannis/vaior/). Feel free to mail me
about that, or even join the mailing list. You can see an early
version of the doc at http://www.execpc.com/~wsannis/vaior/noro.html.
